It's very rare for my orders to be damaged in transit, but if there is any damage to your print along the way please contact me with pictures of the damage to the product and packaging within 5 days of receipt and I will be happy to provide a replacement at no extra cost to you.

As an entrepreneur I do everything by myself. Normally I dispatch all paper print orders within 3-5 working days.
Please be patient because I want to give you the best service possible.
Estimated delivery times:
The Netherlands: 1-3 business days
Chile: 2-3 weeks
Australia: 2-4 weeks
European locations: 1-2 weeks (on average: 1 week)
As Cotecreate I work hard to meet these estimated dispatch timings. But many factors can change this, even more now due to corona.
• Larger prints are sent with tracking as standard, using Post NL.
• Smaller prints are NOT tracked unless purchased at check out.
NL ORDERS
• Domestic orders are sent with Post NL (estimated delivery 1-2 working days from dispatch)
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
• I use Post NL for my International Standard Shipments - Most international deliveries arrive within 10-15 working days from dispatch.
Sometimes parcels can be delayed in customs or with the local postal service once they reach the country, so please if you are an international customer be aware of this, sometimes delivery times can be longer.Customs and import taxes
