Eligibility for Returns

• Standard Products:

  • You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your product for a refund.
  • You have 20 days from the date of receipt to exchange your product for another item available on our website.

• Sale Products:

  • Sale items are non-refundable unless the product arrives damaged or defective. In such cases, we will replace the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be in good condition and not show signs of use or wear.
• The cost of shipping for returns or exchanges is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed to your original payment method after deducting applicable payment method fees or discounts.
• Refunds are initiated within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective:

• Contact us immediately with a description and clear photos of the issue.
• We will send a replacement product free of charge after confirming the damage.

Shipping Timeframe

• We ship your order within 3 to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
• Please remember that this business is run by me alone. I promise to handle each order with attention and care to ensure it arrives on time. Thank you for your patience!

Shipping Costs

• We charge only the official rates of the carrier for shipping. There are no hidden fees or additional charges.

Packaging

• Every product is packed with lots of love and care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Delivery and Pickup Options

• Delivery: Products are shipped directly to the address you provide at checkout.
• Local Pickup (Leeuwarden): If you prefer, you can pick up your order in Leeuwarden.
  • Please wait for an email from us to coordinate a pickup appointment.

Tracking Your Order

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information ( this is with products from A3 on) so you can follow your product’s journey.
